All about us Problem Presents came out of that frequent need to answer the question “what on earth am I going to get them this time?” It gets asked by men and by women, and can invoke despair on a regular basis!
This is a family affair though, as we have been receivers and givers of great, and definitely not so great gifts, for some time. This is all of us:

Greatest gift received: Other than our lovely daughter, I think the prized Be-Ro recipe book, which is still going strong for a third generation of family baking sessions. Worst gift received: Quite definitely the awful, tinsel wig from Sean one Christmas. The Christmas just after I had given birth. The Christmas when I was just ever so slightly hormonal. Obviously, never received another one. Best gift given: Sean's 40th, a surprise flying lesson in a WWII bomber. The real surprise being the aerobatics. And how green Sean went. Most hoping for: a box from Astley Clarke, preferably with something inside it. Failing that, a selection box from A Quarter Of.

Greatest gift received: Other than the daughter, and the flying lesson, would have to be Helen admitting defeat and buying me The Best of Status Quo. Worst gift received: A mouse trap. For my third floor flat. From my father. Best gift given: Still thinking about this one. But guess it wasn't a tinsel wig. Most hoping for: a pair of handmade shotguns from Holland & Holland. Failing that, a few wins for Wales (Editors note, both as unlikely as each other I feel).
